Shipping, Fulfillment & Tracking / When I will get my Items?
Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1-5 days after order placement.Orders will be delivered within 4-10 days after shipment.

How Secure is your store?

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. More than that, all store traffic is securely encrypted with SSL, Checkout the "Lock" symbol on the web address line, as well as our payments methods which are: PayPal & Shopify Payments(For credit cards).

I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?
If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ... WHAT'S GOING ON?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

Warranty, Exchange & Return Policy
Please be advised that customer pays the return shipping fee on exchanges and refunds. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back the item to any way you like as long as it has a tracking number to protect our interest.

Warranty and Replacement - For any order purchased through our company, 60 days warranty is automatically implemented to protect against manufacturer defects. Any damage incurred by improper usage or negligence will not be covered by the warranty.

Once your warranty item is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty. 

Customer pays for shipping to our company's warehouse, located in the US, where the inspection takes place. 

How to Claim Warranty

Subject: Warranty

Message: "Order Number" Issue with your product, attached photos of your product if applicable.

We will get back to you as soon as we can and let you know if your product is approved for a warranty and the steps to follow.

 

Exchange and Replacement – customer is eligible for exchanges within 10 days upon receipt of the package shown on the tracking number that we provide. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging. You may reach our email support how we can better assist you.

Please be advised that you need to provide a tracking number for us to be able to process exchange and replacement. 

 Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from support@mak-rack.com

Refund – customer is eligible for refunds within 5 days upon receipt of the package shown on the tracking number that we provide. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging. We also want to remind you that we DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEE and 10% of the value paid as  RESTOCKING FEE

Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from support@mak-rack.com

Order cancellation – We can cancel the order as long as the item has not been shipped. 

 Please be advised to return back the item within the time frame, we base dates on the tracking number that
